His opposite, the heroine, is equally engaging. Clever, independent, sympathetic and witty. These two are worthy of each other.
'Lord Lovely' is packed with wonderful scenes and comedy that is both sparkling and kind. Full of details from the time, the novel brings the Regency to life. As Will romances his lady and deals with a deadly conspiracy, there are many exquisite scenes and encounters to treasure, finishing in a perfect betrothal moment and a romantic announcement that made me sigh with pleasure.
Worth more than 5 Stars, 'Lord Lovely' is a treat.
